Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, here is how returns and exchanges work at Jersey Deals.

30-day policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start

Write to contact@footballjerseysdeals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us the size you want when you contact us and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Personalized products

Shirts made to order with a name, number or patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or different from what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to contact@footballjerseysdeals.com with your order number and photos of the item and we will put it right.
